(WELLINGTON NORTH TOWNSHIP, ON) On Friday May 17, 2013, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers set up a R.I.D.E. Program in front of the Mount Forest Operations Centre on Main St. in Wellington North Township. At approximately 9:11pm, a 1993 Chevrolet Camaro entered the R.I.D.E. Program. While officers spoke with the driver, a strong odor of suspected marihuana was noticed.
Nicholas SAULT age 21 of Dundas is charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court of 28 June, 2013 to answer to this charge.
