(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) – On Wednesday September 11, 2013 at approximately 15:37pm, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. Program on Jones Baseline, Guelph-Eramosa Township. The lone occupant of the 2005 Ford F150 entered the R.I.D.E. and spoke with officers. A strong odour of marihuana was detected and it was turned over to police.
Christian VINCE age 41 of Guelph-Eramosa Township is charged with Possession of Marihuana Under 30 Grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on October 18, 2013 to answer to the charge.
