Skinny Dipper Arrested After Dip In Lake Huron Now Facing Over 80 Charge

(GODERICH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a 28-year-old male from Waterloo this week after he drew attention to himself taking a plunge into Lake Huron in the nude. At approximately 7:20 p.m. on May 9, 2016 Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to the St. Christopher’s Beach area in Goderich after witnesses reported a male had exited his vehicle, stripped down into the nude and went into the water for a swim. After a short swim the male exited the water and walked around the beach area before returning to his vehicle.

The male then left the area in his vehicle, a Fiat sports car. Minutes later officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle parked at a restaurant located on Bayfield Road. The driver was seated in the driver’s seat now wearing a shirt and his underwear.

The male was placed under arrest for committing an indecent act and while speaking with the male the investigating officer noted the driver had consumed some alcohol. A roadside screening test was completed and the driver registered a fail. He was then also placed under arrest for Care & Control of a Motor Vehicle With Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He was subsequently transported to the Exeter OPP Detachment for breath tests where he provided two samples of his breath to a qualified Intoxilizer Technician. Both of his samples registered over the legal limit.

28-year-old Milos AGATONOVIC from Waterloo has been charged with Care & Control of a Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol and Commit Indecent Act in Public Place. He has since been released from custody with a court appearance scheduled for July 4, 2016 at Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich. He also received an automatic 90-day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
