(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On March 28, 2018 around 10:00 p.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report involving a grey sports utility vehicle (SUV) crashing into the center media east of Wellington Road on Highway 401 in London Ontario.
The occupant then left the scene. He was later located nearby and arrested by OPP members. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) transported him to the hospital for injuries sustained during the collision.
The OPP has notified the province’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) which has invoked its mandate. As a result the OPP will not be able to provide any further information. Any other inquiries should be directed to SIU Communications at (416) 622-2342.”
