(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Monday October 17, 2011 after 10 a.m. Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle crash on Perth Road 147 between Britton and Perth Line 86.
Investigation revealed that shortly after 10 a.m. a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix was south bound on Perth Road 147, it veered off the roadway, struck a culvert, went airborne and came to rest in a tree line on the west side of the road. The 78 year old male driver, a Municipality of North Perth resident, sustained non life threatening injuries. He was extricated from the vehicle and transported to Listowel Memorial Hospital for treatment. The Perth County OPP is continuing to investigate the cause of this collision.
