(HURON TWP, ON) – On May 6th, 2012 at 3:00 pm, members of the South Bruce OPP were conducting R.I.D.E. on Side road 25 in Huron Township when a Blue Chevrolet Silverado stopped. Officers found open alcohol in the vehicle. 39 year old Simon FITZSIMONS of Kincardine was charged with Fail to wear seatbelt and Drive with open alcohol.
