On October 11, 2012 at 4:41pm, Guelph Police went to the area of Dormie Lane after receiving a call from a witness who observed a break and enter to a residence on that street. A description and direction of travel of a male suspect was supplied to Police who were able to locate and arrest this man within minutes of the call. Stolen property from the home was recovered subsequent to the arrest.
Simon DAVIS 22 years of Guelph was charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property and 2 counts of breach probation.
