Investigators with the York Regional Police #5 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking witnesses after shots were fired at a window of a business in the City of Markham.
On Saturday, September 24, 2016, at approximately 1:30 p.m., police responded to a weapons call at a business on 14th Avenue in the area of Birchmount Road. When officers arrived, they located broken glass as a result of shots fired at the window. Three employees who were inside the building at the time were not injured.
Investigators are asking any witnesses who may have been in the area at the time of the incident to come forward.
