(WALKERTON, ON) – On July 4, 2015 at 1:23 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report from the Home Hardware store located along Durham Street east in Walkerton. Officers arrived to find that a female had taken some products from the store. The list of stolen property included a shower diverter valve and a light switch plate.
The investigation culminated on July 10, 2015 with an arrest. A 27-year-old Brockton woman has been charged with theft under $5,000. She is scheduled to appear in court on August 24, 2015 to answer to the charge.
