Shoplifter

Barrie Police were called to a Bayfield Street department store for a report of a shoplifter who had been detained by store security.

Police arrived and placed the 30 year old female under arrest for theft under $5000.

As Police searched the female, several other articles were located in her possession, all of which proved to be stolen from other stores with in the mall.

The accused was taken to the Barrie Police Service where she is being held for a bail hearing.
