(SOUTH HURON, ON) On November 22, 2011 just before 10:00 a.m. a Huron County OPP officer on traffic patrol on Main Street South in South Huron stopped a SUV for an expired validation sticker. Subsequent investigation revealed the driver had a suspended driver’s licence.
As a result, Sharon NICHOLAS aged 42 from London, ON was issued a ticket for the expired validation sticker offence and she was also issued a summons for Driving While Under Suspension contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act. NICHOLAS will have to attend Provincial Offences Act Court – Goderich on January 3, 2012 to answer to the charge.
