On July 8, 2016 shortly after 1:45 a.m. Waterloo Regional Police attended a local night club in the City of Waterloo for a disturbance call. Police soon learned a sexual assault and assault took place on two different female victims. A 26 year-old Kitchener male was arrested on scene without incident and charged with Sexual Assault and Assault. The male was released on a Promise to Appear/Officer in Charge Undertaking.
