(Ottawa) The Ottawa Police Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit has charged Hanten HERSI, 19 years old, of Ottawa, with aggravated sexual assault, forcible confinement, failing to comply with judicial release, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and intimidation.
He is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow.
The Sexual Assault & Child Abuse Unit is releasing images in an attempt to identify three other suspects involved in this incident.
