Barrie Police have made an arrest in relation to earlier reported Sexual Assaults with a Weapon of sex trade workers within the city of Barrie.
These offences were committed on the 13th and 15th days of January 2015.
A 26 year old Barrie man was arrested on the 26th day of January 2015 and charged with the following offences.
Armed Robbery X2.
Sexual Assault with a Weapon (knife)
Forcible Confinement
Carry a concealed weapon X2.
Weapons Dangerous X2.
This male has been held in police custody pending a bail hearing on the 27th day of January 2015.
