The London Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section received a complaint of a sexual assault from an adult female that occurred on July 10, 2014.
On July 10, 2104 as a result of the investigation, 62-year-old Luigi Circelli was arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault, contrary to section 271 (1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
Luigi Circelli was released from custody on July 10, 2014, and will appear in court on August 19, 2014.
The victim did not receive any injuries as a result of this incident.
