Police are investigating two reports of a male touching females in an innappropriate manner at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo. The incidents are reported to have occurred on August 24, 2014 around 3pm. There were no reports of injuries. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incidents or have been a victim to this or a similar act, to contact the Major Case Branch at 519 650 8500 ext. 8674.
