(South Huron, ON) On July 10, 2010 at approximately 3:00 pm, a Huron OPP officer was dispatched to the Unusual Finds Dollar store in Exeter in response to a shoplifting call. The officer attended the store and located a 16 year old male who had been found in possession of $7.00 worth of stolen merchandise after leaving the building.
The Exeter youth was arrested and charged with one count of Theft Under $5,000 and will have to answer to his charge in the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich Youth Court on September 2, 2010. The youth had been given a warning after a previous shoplifting incident at the same store. LP10182430
