(ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On July 7, 2018 at 1:55 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a 2 vehicle crash on Bruce County Road 3 in Elderslie Township.
Officers arrived on scene and found that one person involved in the crash had serious injuries. They were air lifted to a London hospital for treatment of life threatening injuries.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation (TTCI) members are assisting the South Bruce OPP with this investigation.
Bruce County Road 3 has been closed at Concession 8 and Concession 12 in Elderslie Township for the protection of emergency responders. The Saugeen Bluffs campground road has also been closed. The South Bruce OPP asks motorists to respect the closure and avoid the incident area.
The investigation is in its early stages.
