(TOWN OF SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) Bruce Peninsula OPP is investigating a serious assault that occurred on July 1, 2013 between one and two in the morning outside The Sauble Dunes Restaurant in Sauble Beach. A male party was in a heated argument with three other males, which led to a physical altercation. A friend of the lone male stepped in to calm the situation, however he was assaulted and suffered serious non-life threatening injuries.
The men were treated at the scene and the second male was transported to Wiarton Hospital for treatment of his serious non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.
