The London Police Service is currently investigating a pattern of arsons occurring in the east end of the city. Since August 1st, 2016 there have been six arsons in which five vehicles and one building were deliberately set fire. These offences are concentrated between Thursday to Sunday, 11pm – 2am. The offence dates include:
August 1 – Vehicle on Veterans Memorial Parkway
August 18 – Vehicle on Martinet Ave.
August 20th – Vehicles at two address on Gore Rd.
August 25th – A building on Trafalgar St. and vehicle on Martinet Ave.
Citizens are asked to be vigilant of suspicious people in their neighbourhoods and report activity immediately to the London Police Service at 519-661-5670 or 911.
