(Ottawa) —The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section is investigating a complaint of a sexual assault that occurred at the Beechwood Cemetery in Ottawa.
On September 16, 2015 at approximately 12:00am, a sex trade worker drove to the Beechwood Cemetery with a male client. The victim was struck with an object, threatened and sexually assaulted. The 26 year old female victim managed to get away from the male and run to a nearby address for assistance.
The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 25-30 years of age, 5’9” (175cm), thin build, very short light brown hair (brush cut). He spoke English.
The suspect was driving a newer model dark grey four-door sedan or a beige coloured pick-up. Investigators have no further details at this point.
