(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service is seeking public assistance to identify a man who was found deceased on April 29, 2014 in a reservoir behind the Energy Ottawa building on Booth Street.
Central District Investigators have determined that there was no foul play in the death; however Ottawa Police has yet to identify him. He has not been matched to any missing persons report, at this point.
He is described as a Caucasian male, between 30-48 years old, weighing approximately 209lbs (95kg), 6’1” (185cm) with brown eyes and medium length brown hair showing male pattern baldness.
A facial approximation sketch was done to show what the man may have looked like (see artist’s rendering sketch).
At the time, he was wearing a green “Retreat” winter jacket with a removable hood (see picture), black “Doc Martens” safety boots with a composite toe and brown suede-like winter gloves with yellow stitching (see picture).
He was wearing several layers of pants – one of which was navy blue track pants with red stripes on both sides (see picture).
