On Friday, July 8, 2016 at approximately 4:45 a.m., police responded to the 7/11 Convenience Store located at 647 Wellington Road in relation to a robbery.
Two suspects entered the store and demanded money and cigarettes. One suspect produced a knife while the other suspect carried a bag. The two suspects then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash and cartons of cigarettes. No injuries were sustained as a result of this incident.
Police are searching for two suspects in relation to this robbery.
Suspect # 1 – male, approximately 6’2” tall with a muscular build, wearing black shoes, black pants, black shirt, a brown hoodie and a face covering.
Suspect # 2 – male, white, approximately 6’0” with a muscular build, wearing black shoes, black pants and a black shirt.
