Search warrant executed on Pullen Avenue

(Ottawa)—The Ottawa Police Service Guns and Gangs unit has laid charges against two individuals after a lengthy investigation.

The investigation resulted in two CDSA search warrants at the 1600 block of Pullen Avenue on Saturday, April 23rd, 2016. A large amount of drugs and currency was seized with the assistance of Tactical, K9 unit and East and West NHOs.

Charged are;

Aleksandar MITROVIC, 27 of Ottawa, is charged with;

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Marijuana

Possession of Proceeds of Crime over $ 5,000

Boris CUBRILO, 29 of Ottawa, is charged with;

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Cocaine

Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Marijuana

Possession of Proceeds of Crime over $ 5,000

Seized items:

4, 152 grams of Marijuana, street value of $ 41,520

448.15 grams of Cocaine, street value of $ 44, 815

3 grams of shatter concentrate, street value of $ 300

2 Cocaine presses

An Audi A4, $ 10, 000

$ 37, 555 of Canadian currency

MITROVIC and CUBRILO were released on a Promise to Appear in court and an Undertaking.
