(BAYFIELD, ON) Huron Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has suspended their search for the 53 year old man that went missing in Lake Huron yesterday. Darkness and murky water conditions has limited their ability to locate the victim.
Three OPP vessels, an OPP helicopter and the OPP Provincial Underwater Search and Recovery Unit searched an area south of Bayfield for most of the day. Two ATV’s were used to search the shoreline.
The search will resume again tomorrow morning.
