On Friday September 21, 2012 at 2:20 a.m., Guelph Police stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Raspberry Lane and Grange Road Guelph, and an approved screening device was used.
Scott ROBINSON 43 years of Guelph was charged with Drive Over 80 and will appear in court in November.
