(CULROSS TWP, ON) – On January 9th, 2012 at 1:44 pm, a South Bruce OPP officer on patrol along County Road 6, Culross Township, stopped a White Pontiac Montana with an expired validation sticker on the licence plate. The officer discovered that the driver’s licence was under suspension. 35 year old Scott BENNINGER of Culross Township has been charged with 2 counts of Driving under suspension and Drive with open liquor. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on February 21st, 2012 to answer to the charges.
