16 Nov 2015,
10:15 am police received a report of two Christmas trees being damaged overnight. The trees were out front of a business downtown Southampton.
17 Nov 2015,
1:41 am police responded to a motor vehicle collision in Southampton. A 2013 Subaru was pulling up to the Rexall Pharma Plus in Southampton when the driver’s foot slipped off the brake and onto the gas. The vehicle moved forward striking the curb then the wall of the building. The building brickwork and glass was damaged. Ambulance was called and checked out the occupants of the vehicle and they were fine.
2:47 pm police were called to Saugeen District Secondary School to deal with two students who had got into an altercation. Both were warned.
4:50 pm police were called to deal with a bullying issue that occurred on a school bus. The student was warned.
19 Nov 2015,
12:24 am police responded to a Port Elgin residence where a person had entered a home and yelled for someone then left. It was felt that the person entered the home in error then left, the person was not located.
11:12 am sometime overnight on the 18th of November a vehicle was struck while parked in the parking lot of Ralph’s store. There was minor damage to the vehicle and no indication of the other vehicle that caused the collision.

9:07 pm a 28 year old Saugeen Shores male was arrested for breaching conditions of his release. The release was for a criminal offence of Assault with a Weapon from an occurrence the beginning of November. The male was held for a bail hearing.
21 Nov 2015,
1:01 pm sometime overnight someone damaged a sign at a residence on Bruce Rd 17. No suspects.
On the 24th of November 2015 the Canadian Mental Health Association and the Saugeen Shores Police are hosting a symposium at the Plex on Occupational Stress and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). The symposium will address awareness, education and prevention and is open to all first responders and high stress workers.
