(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On October 25, 2014 at 11:17 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 21 in Kincardine Township observed a Silver Dodge Caravan moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was displayed on radar at 109 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. The vehicle was stopped and a quantity of open alcohol was found inside. The driver, 26 year old Sarah WATSON of South Huron was charged with speeding and drive with open liquor.
