On August 2, 2013, a male called a provincial support program located in Guelph, where due to past behavior he had been trespassed from entering the premise.
A number of phone messages were left by the male that had extreme profanity and were belligerent and threatening in nature.
Samir IBRAHIM, 54 years of Guelph, was charged with criminal harassment and utter threats to cause bodily harm. He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
