Safari Van Stolen – Wheel Chair Access Lift – Unlocked, Keys Inside

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are currently investigating the theft of a maroon 1998 GMC Safari van stolen from a Zion Road property. The van had been parked under an outdoor storage area. The vehicle was left unlocked with the keys inside the vehicle.

The van was equipped with a custom fitted passenger side door with a wheel chair access lift.

Police believe the theft occurred sometime between November 10, 2013 and December 1, 2013.

The van is valued at $500.
