(CENTRE WELLINGTON TWP, ON) On Sunday June 30, 2013 at approximately 5:11pm, County of Wellington Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) officers had set up a RIDE Program on Wellington County Road 21 and JM Quarrie Road in Centre Wellington Twp. Police spoke to the male driver of the 2006 Mitsubishi, and upon further investigation it was revealed that he had consumed alcohol.
Ryan WOZNIAK, age 27 of Guelph has been charged with Over 80mgs contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on July 12, 2013 to answer to the charge.
