(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Saturday March 09, 2013, shortly before midnight, Perth County OPP officers were alerted by a motorist that an east bound car on Hwy 8 was all over the road. The car was located by police between Mitchell and Sebringville. The male driver was arrested and transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment for Intoxilyzer breath tests which he failed.
Ryan MCARTHUR (20) of Dundas has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicleÂÂ, and operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on April 15, 2013 to answer to these charges. His driver’s licence has been suspended for 90 days and his vehicle has been impounded for 7 days.
