(KINCARDINE, ON) – On November 5, 2012 at 9:05 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Kincardine Avenue when a Silver Chevrolet Impala stopped. Officers located a quantity of an illegal drug inside the car. 32 year old Ryan GUNNESS of Burlington has been charged with Possession of a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 7, 2013 to answer to the charge.
