Ryan Boak – Drunk Driving Before 9 AM

(ASHFIELD-COLBORNE-WAWANOSH, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 21 year old male with Over 80 following an early morning traffic stop. Just before 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11, 2013 a Huron County OPP officer stopped a black Chrysler Intrepid that was travelling on Glen’s Hill Road near Dungannon. Upon speaking with the driver the officer detected the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was completed and the driver registered a fail on the device. The driver was arrested and was transported to the Huron OPP detachment for breath tests. He provided two samples of his breath, both above the legal limit.

Ryan BOAK, 21, from Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on June 24, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
