Russell MATTICE – Marijuana At RIDE

(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 36 year old male from London following a traffic stop on December 14, 2014. Just after 4:00 p.m. the driver of a Dodge Durango entered a R.I.D.E (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) checkpoint located on Hern Line at Squire Road. Upon speaking with the driver officers detected the odour of marihuana coming from inside the vehicle. Officers further questioned the male and the driver handed over a quantity of marihuana to the officers. The illegal drug was seized and the driver was released from the scene on an appearance notice.

36 year old Russell MATTICE from London has been charged with Possession of Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana. He has a scheduled court appearance on January 29, 2015 at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
