South Bruce OPP has charged Runar Ditlefsen 23 years old from Tosorontio Twp. with speeding under the new Highway Traffic Act Racing section. Officers conducting radar on Highway 9 Greenock Twp. observed a vehicle travelling in access of 50 km/h of the posted speed limit of 80 km/h. Ditlefsen had his drivers licence suspended of 7 days and appears in Walkerton Provincial Court on 04 August 2009.
