The London Annihilators visited South Huron District High School and not only showcased their skills, but even gave students a chance to take the wheels and experience the sport first hand. The Annihilators are a national team and compete world wide against teams from 24 different countries. Dave Wilse – along with the rest of his team – gave a presentation after the game and explained to the students how they were motivated to start playing wheelchair rugby following their accident.
It was a very informative and entertaining show that helped students and staff learn more about inclusion.
