On September 5, 2013, information was received that a device contained images of child pornography. The Internet Child Exploitation Unit took possession of the device.
On September 10th, 2013, the owner of the laptop computer was interviewed. He provided a statement that corroborates the information previously received. He ultimately implicated himself.
As a result of this investigation, Roney A. DEVOS, 57 years, of Windsor was arrested and charged with Accessing Child Pornography and Possessing Child Pornography. He was released from custody with several conditions pending a future court date.
