Ronald Langille – Drunk Driving

(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Friday afternoon June 08, 2012, Perth County OPP officers conducted R.I.D.E. programs on Perth County’s heavily traveled east west roads. Shortly before 5 p.m. a west bound pickup truck was stopped at a R.I.D.E. program in Fullarton. The male driver of the truck was administered a roadside breath test which he failed. He was transported to the Perth County OPP Detachment in Sebringville where he also failed two Intoxilyzer breath tests. The driver identified himself with a false name and was found to be a suspended from driving. Liquor was also located inside the truck within reach of the driver.

Ronald Langille (56) of Huron East has been charged with “operation of a motor vehicle with over 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood”, “obstruct/resist peace officer”, “drive motor vehicle with liquor readily available”, “driver fail to give identification”, and “driving while under suspension”. He is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on July 09, 2012, to answer to these charges.
