(BRUCE PENINSULA, ON) – On Sunday 6th July, 2014, at approximately 2:02 p.m. Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended Highway 6 just north of Ira Lake Road, Northern Bruce Peninsula for a single motor vehicle rollover.
When police arrived they located the vehicle on it’s roof in the west bound ditch with the driver and passengers all outside of the vehicle.
The driver was southbound on Highway 6 and lost control of the 2002 Toyota Camry on a curve then entered the westbound ditch and rolled. The driver and three other passengers sustained no injuries.
The driver of the Toyota 34 year old Thomas SHIBO of Brampton, Ontario has been charged with careless driving under the highway traffic act.
