(BLUEWATER, ON) Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 31 year old male with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. At approximately 2:40 a.m. Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers stopped a white Mercedes-Benz that was travelling northbound on Charles Street in the village of Bayfield. Officers spoke with the driver and noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside test was administered which resulted in a fail. The driver was arrested and was transported to the Huron OPP Detachment where he provided two samples of his breath; both were over the legal limit.
Roberto OLIVAR, 31, from Etobicoke has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on October 7, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and the motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.
