Robert WOLFE – Drunk Driving

On Monday morning December 01, 2014, shortly after midnight, Perth County OPP officers were setting up for a RIDE program at the intersection of Road 160 and Line 32 (south-east of Mitchell) in the Municipality of West Perth. The first vehicle to approach the officers was stopped and the male driver was given a roadside breath test which he failed. He also failed two subsequent Intoxilyzer breath tests at the Sebringville OPP Detachment.

Robert WOLFE (32) of the Municipality of West Perth was charged with “driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in blood”, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on December 22, 2014 to answer to this charge. He was issued a 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
