(CHESLEY, ON) On June 30, 2013 at 9:39 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an intoxicated man operating an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) near the Chesley arena. Officers arrived to find the man had run into parked vehicles before he was stopped. 33 year old Robert WARK of Arran-Elderslie Township has been charged with Impaired operation, Refuse breath sample, 3 counts of Dangerous driving, Drive with no insurance, Fail to wear helmet and Fail to remain. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 12, 2013 to answer to the charges.
