(BLUEWATER, ON) – On November 18, 2012 at approximately 4:40 a.m. Huron County OPP officers stopped a red Ford pickup that was traveling on Airport Line near Dashwood Road. Upon speaking with the male driver officers noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. The driver later provided two breath tests that registered over the legal limit.
Robert RINGUETTE, age 22, from Goderich has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol and Impaired Driving. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Exeter on January 24, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his vehicle was towed.
