(BRANT TWP, ON) – On November 11, 2013 at 3:19 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a break in at a residence in the 2300 block of Highway 9 in Brant Township. Officers arrived and found the suspect was still at the scene. 28 year old Robert MILNER of Kitchener was arrested and charged with Break and enter and Mischief under $5,000. He has been held in custody pending the results of a bail hearing scheduled for November 12, 2013 at 2:00 pm. Police have recovered some stolen property from the accused.
