(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Wednesday June 12, 2013, shortly before 1 a.m. a Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer in Listowel spoke to the driver of a car on Wallace Ave North. While talking to the male driver it was discovered that he and the female passenger were in possession of illegal drugs.
Robert DOUPE (27) of Minto Township has been charged with possession of methamphetamines, and possession of marihuana. He is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on July 17, 2013 to answer to these charges.
Courtney KASKIW (23) of Minto Township has been charged with personation with intent, fail to comply with undertaking or recognizance, breach of probation, possession of methamphetamines, and possession of marihuana. She is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Listowel on July 17, 2013 to answer to the charges.
