On January 11th officers responded to a report of an assault in the area of Grove and Duckworth.
Officers attended and located a 21 year old female, a 22 year old male and a 20 year old male. All three persons advised they had been robbery victims and one of the males had suffered visible facial injuries from an extendable baton.
The Barrie Police K9 unit tracked the suspects through back yards in the area to a Grove Street address. Upon searching the premises, officers located two 17 year old males and an 18 year old female. The trio stands charged with a total of 23 criminal code charges from robbery, weapons possession and failing to comply with probations.
All three were held in custody for a bail hearing.
