(Ottawa) — The Ottawa Police Service Robbery Unit is investigating the robbery of a convenience store and is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects responsible.
On August 13, 2015, at approximately 11: 20 pm, two suspects entered a convenience store situated along the 700 block of Baseline Road. The first suspect, armed with a knife, made a demand for cash. The suspect obtained an undisclosed quantity of cash and then also demanded cigarettes. The suspect obtained a small quantity of cigarettes and then fled the premises. There were no injuries. The second suspect remained near the door during the robbery.
The first suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 16-18 years, 5’8′-6’0(173 cm to 183 cm)
