On October 11, 2013 at approximately 11:47 p.m. an unknown male suspect entered the Shoppers Drug Mart located near Adelaide Street North and Huron Street. The suspect approached a staff member who was told to empty the cash register and to turn over the money. The suspect was given a small amount of currency and then fled the area.
Police attended and searched the area but the suspect was not located.
No weapons were seen in this incident and no one sustained any injuries.
The suspect is described as an Aboriginal male with a medium build, between 40-45 years old, approximately 5’8 tall and 160 lbs. The suspect was wearing a dark blue base ball cap on backwards
